Summary of Options:

CD/DVD or Navigaton Read Error or Defect:

Screen shows "Read Error" after Disc is inserted, Disc will not eject, Disc will can not be inserted, Screen shows "Reading" for more than 1 min, An audible clicking sound is heard while inserting a disc. Repair turnaround time is 1-3 business days from day received.

Main Board:

No power, No video, Blank or black screen. Repair turnaround time is 5-7 business days from day received.

Touch Screen Defect:

Cracked, shattered, dented, scratched, or faded touch screen, No touch response, Scrambled Display. Repair turnaround time is 1 business day from day received.




How the process works:

You will be responsible for shipping to and from us. Print out the Repair Authorization Form from below and fill it out. It has all the information needed to ship to us on the second page.
In addition, it shows your preferred method to ship back, as well as payment options. 
We highly recommend paying in advance to avoid playing phone tag, although we do offer a pay by phone option. 
Once we receive your radio, we will try to repair it within 1 business day, however a good portion of the screen repairs will go out the same day they come to us provided its the first incoming shipment of the day.

All repairs are performed using a mixture of new and refurbished parts that are subject to availability
