Q. How long does it take to get a quote?
You will receive a quote within 24 – 48 hours. Weekends and holidays not included, it will be the following working business day.
Q. Can I sell multiple items?
Yes! You can sell as many car parts as you like.
Q. What if I don't know what I am selling?
Fill out the Sell Your Stuff form and provide us with a few photos and we can still offer a quote.
Q. Which car manufactures do you buy?
We purchase factory parts from Ford, General Motors, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Toyota and Nissan vehicles.
Q. What kinds of parts do you purchase?
We purchase the latest factory infotainment systems.
Q. Do you purchase parts that are not working?
Yes, we purchase parts that may be defective or missing pieces. We also, purchase items such as digitizers, main boards, center stack displays, and modules that have been taken apart from radios.
Q. Do you buy aftermarket equipment?
No, only factory equipment.
Q. What if my device isn't eligible for an offer?
We will recycle it for you for free. We are partnered with Green Business Bureau to make an impact and conserve our environment.
Q. How will I be notified about my quote?
You will be emailed a confirmation email. Be sure to check your spam.
Q. What if I don't see my confirmation email?

Q. What if I do not agree with my offer?
If you do not agree with your offer, respond to your approval email and ask for a reinspection. We strive to satisfy our customers and are determined to give offers that are top dollar for your equipment.
Q. Do you test the products?
Yes, all items are tested upon arrival.
Q. How long does inspection take?
Inspections are done within 1-2 business days of receiving the product.
Q. What forms of payment do you offer?
We offer payments via Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Check, Extended Warranty, or Store Credit. Bank wire transfers may be requested for Wholesale Vendors only.
Q. How fast do I get my payment?
Once your item passes inspection your payment will be processed within 1-2 business days. If you are receiving a check, please allow 4-6 weeks for shipping.
Q. How can I apply my store credit to a purchase?
Once we have completed the inspection on your equipment, a Sales Represenative will contact you within 1-2 business days to finalize your purchase.
Q. How does my warranty get applied?
Once your equipment passes inspection, you will receive an email with your Warranty Certificate. Warranty will only be applied to the most recent order.
Q. What if I have more than 1 warranty item?
If you have two items under one quote, only one warranty will be applied to your order.
Q. What if I already have warranty on my order, but I was offered a "WARRANTY" quote?
If you have an exsiting warranty, we will further extend it.
Q. What does it mean if my PayPal payment is pending?
If you have received your Paypal payment but it has not cleared with your bank it might be considered “Pending”. Contact the purchasing department at [email protected], to have your funds released to you.
Q. What should I do if I do not receive my payment?
If you have not received your payment within 1-2 weeks, please check your tracking information. If your equipment arrived at Infotainment, contact us at 1-855-636-6287 EXT: 202 or email us at [email protected]. Depending on your preferred payment method, allow 3-7 business days for clearance unless it a check.
Q. What if I haven't received my check?
Allow 4-6 weeks for your check to arrive via United States Postal Service. Once the time has elapsed check with your postal service first before contacting us.
Q. What if I chose check as my payment option, but I have moved locations?
Please contact your local post office with the new address to have your mail forwarded to you. Or click the link below.

Q. What's a W-9?
Form W-9 is a commonly used IRS form for providing necessary information to a person or company that will be making payments to another person or company.
Q. Who needs to fill out a W-9?
Independent contractors or Businesses receiving payment of $600 or more.
Q. What happens if I refuse to fill out a W-9?
If you refuse to fill in the W-9, we are obliged to withhold taxes from your payment at a rate of 24%. Businesses in the United States are instructed by the IRS to request the W-9 be completed by any service provider they are paying US $600 or more to during the tax year.
Q. Do I have to pay for shipping?
If you live in the 48 Contiguous States of the United States, we offer free shipping to send your item to us. HI, AK, PR of the United states and International customers must supply their own postage.
Q. How can I get my shipping label?
Once you have completed the form, you will receive an offer email with your quote and a link to print your free shipping label.
Q. What shipping service do you use?
Our free shipping labels are provided by FedEx. You can drop off your items at any drop off location near you.
